Karen Eaker- Bauer Obituary
She was born March 5, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia, daughter of Naamon and Dorothy (Head) Eaker. She and Keith H. Bauer were married March 19, 2000. He passed away on September 20, 2007.
Karen enjoyed crocheting and fishing
Loving survivors include her son, Justin Eaker of Jackson; father, Naamon Eaker of Cape Girardeau; sister, Kimi (Brad) Moore of Cape Girardeau; nieces, Carissa (Nathan) Bragg of Davidson, North Carolina, and Dr. Jerica Moore of Kansas City; three stepdaughters, Kristen, Kim and Jackie, one stepson David Bauer; and several stepgrandchildren and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Keith; mother, Dorothy; aunts, uncles and a grandson.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
The family suggests that contributions be made to the donor's choice of church or charity.
McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
