Karen L Likes of Hannibal, MO left this world with her angel from Beth Haven Nursing Home at 10:50 am Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Cremation arrangements are under the care of Grand View Funeral Home.
Karen was born on July 21, 1941, in Hannibal, MO to her parents Lester and Gertrude (Moore) Weekly.
In her life Karen took on many different roles from working in a printing shop, grocery store clerk, selling real estate for Century 21, driving school bus, working as a phone operator for HRH and the Data Center, a motel clerk, and most importantly, a loving wife, mother, and good friend to many! Karen's smile, blue eyes and positive attitude lit up every room she entered.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Jim Weekly and Joe Weekly, and a granddaughter, Monica Steele of Kirksville, MO.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Roger Dee Likes of Hannibal, MO, a son Billy Baker (Beth) of Hannibal, MO; a daughter, Beth Ann Steele (JC) of Kirksville, MO; a step daughter, Dawn Jones (Scott), of Fleming Island, FL, two granddaughters, Adrienne Long, Allison Rodgers, and several great grandchildren. Also, she is survived by a good friend of many years, Lori Ann Swon.
Karen will be missed by all she touched throughout the years and will always be remembered for the kindness and help she showed others during her life.
