Karen Ann Lundberg, 85, of Pomeroy, IA, died Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Fort Dodge, IA. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Evangelical Covenant Cemetery in Pomeroy. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
Karen was born August 18, 1940, in Fort Dodge, the daughter of Wilbert and Rose (Hepperly) Weiss. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. In 1969, she was united in marriage to Herbert Lundberg. Over the years, Karen was a bookkeeper and homemaker. She enjoyed playing the accordion for the Iowa Barn Dance Frolic and had a vivid love for NASCAR Racing.
Karen is survived by 2 sons: Wyatt Lundberg and wife Sara & Chad Lundburg and significant other Stephanie McElory; 3 grandchildren: Paige, Thomas and Benjamin; and sister: Linda Galloway and husband Terry. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2024; her parents; and sister: Marilyn.
