Karen Raecke Obituary
Karen Sue Raecke 57 of Mt. Pleasant, MI passed away peacefully at home on February 22, 2023. She was born on May 18, 1965 in Berwyn, IL, the daughter of Mike and Jan (Burns) Raecke.
Karen enjoyed being outside in the fresh air, she loved dogs and she had a unique sense of humor. She will be missed by family, friends and those who cared for her. Special thanks to her ‘extra families’ in Tustin, Leroy, and Mt. Pleasant, MI.
Karen is survived by her mother Jan (Burns) Olach of Ellsworth, her father Mike (Sandra) Raecke of Charlevoix, her sister Jill (Raecke) Sanchez of Roseville, CA and her three nephews Holden Sanchez of Austin, TX, Nicholas Sanchez and Brody Sanchez of Roseville, CA.
No services are planned at this time. She will be buried in Ellsworth Cemetery this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bergmann Center in Charlevoix.
