SORKIN, Karen L. (Woldman) Age, 77, of Swampscott, formerly of Marblehead, passed away peacefully, on Thursday morning, January 23, 2025, surrounded by her closest family members. Devoted wife of Ken Sorkin. Loving daughter of the late Philip and Lillian Woldman. Beloved mother of Julie Sorkin-Maguire, wife of Conor Maguire and Andrew Sorkin. Adored grandmother of Claire and Simon Maguire. Dear sister of Murray Woldman and the late Joel Woldman. She is also survived by her extended family in Swampscott and Marblehead, MA, Cleveland, OH and Houston, TX. Services at Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Avenue, Swampscott, on Sunday, January 26, at 1:30 PM. Interment at Pride of Lynn Cemetery, Lynn. Shiva will be observed at the Crown Pointe Condominiums clubhouse in Swampscott, on Sunday, from 4-8 PM, Monday and Tuesday, from 2-4 and 7-9PM each day.
