Karen Spohn

Karen M. Spohn (Kozak), born January 26, 1963, in Greenville, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 24, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved daughter of the late Peter Kozak and Betty Kozak (Hann).
Karen was a proud attendee of Badger High School and went on to earn a business degree from LTI in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Her education laid the foundation for a remarkable professional career, most notably at Premier Hydraulics, where she dedicated more than 25 years of her life. Karen was exceptionally smart, creative, and deeply caring qualities that shaped not only her success, but the culture of the workplace she loved so much. She poured her heart into the company, and her employees were more than colleagues; they were family. The respect, admiration, and love they had for Karen was mutual and profound, a testament to the kind of leader and person she was.
While her career was a source of great pride, Karen's greatest joy came from her family, especially her grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and warmth that will live on forever. Karen also had a deep love for the outdoors. She found peace in the sunshine, the ocean, hiking, and being surrounded by nature. Summers were often spent at her beloved property in Holiday Camplands, a place that brought her happiness, relaxation, and time well spent with family.
Karen was preceded in death by her father and mother.
She is survived by her son, Bradley Cornell; her daughters, Jessica Cornell, Christina Spohn, and Victoria Kozak; her brothers, Ron Kozak, Larry Kozak, and Stacey Kozak; her sisters, Janice Kozak and Donna Kozak; and her cherished grandchildren, Layla Fekech, Natalia Stough, Eliana Spohn, Nathan Sandy, Ryan Sandy, Kyle Sandy, and Breanna Sandy.
Karen's love, dedication, and spirit will never be forgotten.
