Karen J. Steele, age 80 of Arbor Vitae, WI passed away on Wednesday, July 5th at her residence. Karen was born on July 2, 1943 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Duard and Marie Harrington. She attended school at Bridge Grammer School of Chicago, Steinmetz High School in Chicago and graduated from Lakeland Union High School.
Karen enjoyed gardening, cooking and traveling to country western musical festivals and rock and roll concerts and going on cruises, but most of all spending time with her husband, Tom.
She is survived by Thomas Steele and by her son Steve Haling and step daughters Terry Steele and Kim Ruchti and step sons Gary and Scott Steele and by grandchildren Colton, Ciera and Marianna Steele, Abbi, Alex and Anna Ruchti and great grandchildren Cam and Elijah Warden.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents Duard and Marie Harrington and by her sisters Maureen Moriarity and Cheryl Lambropoulos.
Memorial Services for Karen will be held on Saturday, July 22nd at 11:00 am at Nimsgern Funeral & Cremation Services with a visitation from 10:00 am till time of service.
