Karla Cutwright Montgomery, a much-loved daughter, granddaughter, mother, and sister, left this earth March 29, 2026, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Karla moved to Mississippi with her family in 1964. She was a 1979 graduate of Meridian High School, Karla married Michael Montgomery in 1980. From this union, they were blessed with seven children, and five grandchildren.
Karla will be greatly missed by her children, Andrea, Jewel, Karly, John, Micah, and Kathleen; grandchildren, Joshua, Hamish, Dagan, Eris, and Julian; and her sister, T. Cutwright.
Karla is preceded to heaven by her husband, Michael; and her son, Thomas; along with both parents, and all four grandparents.
