Karla L. Sherfick, age 84, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2024. She was born on February 14, 1941, in Indianapolis to the late Carl W. and Hazel L. (Patrick) Carey.

Whether traveling or at home, Karla loved being surrounded by those she cared for most.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Julie L. Sherfick and her partner, Patrick; and her dear cousins, Linda and Jim Raasch. She will be remembered for her warmth, laughter, and the many special moments shared with family and friends.

A better friend than Karla could not be found. She and I went through thick and thin together. We lived a long away apart but I will miss her. Sylvia.
