Karma McPhie Obituary
Karma, 95, passed away on November 3, 2025 in her home in Magna, Utah.
She was born on February 11th, 930, in Tooele, Utah to Merrill Charles Newman and Eva anderson. Karma married even Keith McPhee on December 6, 1948 in Nevada.
Karma was very passionate about her pets, nico, jackie, at Herbert star and holly.
Grandma. Granny. Grandma Phee. She has waved her final goodbye from the front door — the same one she stood at countless times, sending us off with love. To us, she wasn’t “Karma.” She was Grandma. She was Mom. We’ll remember her for her strong will, giggle-snorts, festive Christmas parties, feisty spirit, and her unapologetic love of McFrugals and tequila. She treated everyone with fairness and held her family and lifelong neighbors close to her heart.
Survived by her daughter, Karma Lee Timmons; sister, Shawnie Nash; and five generations of grandkids.
Preceded in death by her husband, Evan Keith McPhee; son, Keith Craig McPhie; daughter, Kimmy Chaplin-Gallegos; son-in-law, Ronald Timmons; and grandson, William Troy Timmons.
A graveside service will be held at the Tooele Cemetery on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
