Kassandra Estevez Obituary
Kassandra Garin Estevez, age 31, of Gastonia passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Atrium Health in Charlotte after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 14, 1993, in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Andres Estevez and Christina Montalvo Mohamed. Kassandra was a loving and caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to all. Even through her battle, she worried more about others and taking care of them. She was always there for everyone. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Lydia Montalvo.
Along with her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her fiancé Zo Williams; children Giovanni, Zoe, and Malachi Williams; brothers Christopher, Fouad, and Sammy Mohamed; sister Farida Mohamed; along with a numerous number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others that loved her dearly.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 3:45 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 4:00 pm. Inurnment will be with the family.
