Virginia Lee Dover Farris, 95, of Harrisburg went Home with her Lord on October 16, 2025, at TerraBella Assisted Living in Harrisburg. She was born on May 17, 1930, to the late Reid Dover and Mary Rushing Dover.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl Farris, sisters, Rachel Capps and Millie Lanford.

Virginia was a member for 20 years at the First Church of the Nazarene, Fort Mill, South Carolina. She loved reading, traveling, being out in nature, and spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Cathy Seigler (Irv) of Harrisburg, NC, and Pat Bressler (Bill) of Livingston, TX; brother, Forest Dover of Georgetown, SC; grandson, Chip Seigler (Stephanie); great grandsons, Hudson and Brennon Seigler of Knoxville, TN; granddaughter, Paige Ludlow (Andrew); great grandsons, Jackson & Baylor Ludlow of Huntersville, NC; grandsons, Greg Rogers (Rebecca) and Brian Sullivan; great grandson, Hampton Rogers of Summerville, SC; niece, Melita Kelly.

Virginia’s graveside service will be at Westview Gardens Cemetery, Bessemer City on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Rick Felt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice.
