Kate Elizabeth Phipps

Katherine Elizabeth Woodward Phipps was born on February 28, 1970, in Watertown, New York, to Kenneth H Woodward and Martha L. Giltz. Kate passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025, surrounded by family and friends after a sudden illness.
At the age of nine, Kate moved with her family to Orlando, Florida where she spent much of her life and formed lasting connections. She carried with her fond memories of her early years in New York, along with experience that shaped her growing up in Florida.
Kate is survived by her children, Jesse Phipps and Savannah Phipps: and her beloved grandchild, Arebella Silvera-Bowie. She is also survived by her sister, Kimberly Woodward; her brother, David Woodward; and her sister-in-law, Ramona Woodward. She leaves behind her nieces Jasmine carter, Tametra Lavey Woodward, and Danielle Woodward, and her nephew, David Woodward Jr.
Those who knew Kate will remember the warmth and joy she brought into their lives, and the countless moments shared with family and friends.
