Mother Katherine Robertson, "Doll," was born June 27th, 1930, in Rutherford County, Tennessee, to the late Irene Robertson. She transitioned out of this life on October 5th, 2021. Mother Doll was educated in the Rutherford County School System. Mother Doll accepted Christ at an early age at St. James Missionary Baptist Church. She later joined Abyssinia Missionary Baptist Church under the late Pastor Henry Brown, later led by her devoted nephew, Pastor Daryl Robertson. She served on the motherboard under Pastor Robertson. Mother Doll was employed at Days Inn and Best Western in Downtown Nashville. She was a housekeeper and a nanny for many years. Her favorite television shows were Walker Texas Ranger and Family Feud.

Mother Doll was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Robertson, and sons James and Michael Robertson; brothers Clarence, Richard, and Walter "Bee" Robertson, and long-time companion Early "Pete" Lewis. Her best friend, the late Jean Brooks.

Mother Doll gave us five generations of love as she was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

Mother Doll leaves to cherish her memories of three devoted daughters. Barbara and Brenda Robertson. Darlene (Lamont) Ferguson; Devoted son, David Lee Robertson; Three Devoted Grandchildren Pamela, Tameka and Charlie; Fourteen grandchildren, David Lee"2Dee", Monica, David "Man," Joseph, April, Denise, Lil Darlene, Michael "Lil Mike" Shawnita, Jeremiah "Coochie " (Shonda), and Keri; Devoted great-grandson, Ceontae, 43 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; Devoted Niece and Nephew, Daryl and Ondrea Robertson and host of other nieces and nephews; Special Family, The Brooks family and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing Monday, October 11, 2021, 12-6, visitation Tuesday 6-7pm with funeral to follow at funeral home. Burial in Greenwood North.
