Wanda Robertson age 72 of Gatesville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday December 10, 2025 at Grace Assembly Christian Church with Pastor Wray Nunn officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery.
Wanda Jean Robertson was born May 24, 1953 to the late Samuel and Lily Willingham in McGregor, Texas. After months of fighting, Wanda finally won her battle against cancer and now sits at the feet of Jesus.
She loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. She attended Grace Assembly Christian Church and volunteered at the Gatesville Care Center. During her years in California, she attended Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship Church in Morro Bay and continued weekly Bible studies with them over Zoom after moving to Gatesville. Wanda deeply loved God and joyfully shared her faith with everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Wade Willingham.
She leaves behind her son, Bryan Bennett; and daughter Crystal McDermott and husband, Lucian; brothers, Richard Willingham, and Tim Willingham and wife Julie; sister, Marie Jay and husband Chris; aunt, Carol Brown; and many nieces and nephews along with many other loved ones and friends.
