Kathy grew up in Budd Lake, NJ. She was employed by Picatinny Arsenal in Morris County, NJ. After her marriage to Dick Werner, they moved to Norfolk, VA. There, she enjoyed many years providing childcare to several wonderful families in that area.
Kathy's church families include Freemason Street Baptist Church in Norfolk and Phoebus United Methodist Church while living at The Chamberlin in Hampton.
She will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Her friends are grateful to the King's Grant House staff and Trinity Hospice for their compassionate care for Kathy.
Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."
If you would like to donate, one of Kathy's favorite charities was Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA.
