Katherine Wheatley Obituary
Katherine Wheatley age 87, passed away on Thursday evening, October 30, 2025 at Bristol Rehab and Memory Care. She was born September 30, 1938 to the late Ferd Morefield and Maggie Warren Morefield. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wheatley; her only son, Donnie Wheatley; sisters, Charlotte Huggins, Claire May, Gladys Thorton, Vernie Morefield, Bertie Morefield, Shirley Widener and Ilene Morefield; and brother, Carl Morefield.
Those left to cherish her memories include her brother, James Russell Morefield Sr. and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Katherine will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Wesley Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Billy Morefield to officiate. Pallbearers will be Rick Widener, Billy Morefield, and Larry Burns.
