Kathi Sanders Obituary
Kathi Lynn Sanders, July 19, 1954-March 19, 2022. Kathi was a lifelong resident of Cleveland, OH. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1972. Earning a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Cleveland State University in 1976 and earned an Associates Degree from Cuyahoga Community College in Radiology Technology in 1978. Kathi worked at Fairview Hospital as a CAT scan technician for 35 years before retiring in 2016. She was well liked by her patients and always remembered as a kind and compassionate spirit. Kathi loved collecting antiques including antique handmade teddy bears. She loved being out in nature and working in her garden. She had a love of animals of all kinds and enjoyed traveling. She is survived by Steve Neuwirth her husband of 15 years, her sister Nikki Kukla, (Ken) and niece Jill and her nephew Jeffery. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Busch Funeral Home, 21369 Center Ridge Road, Fairview Park on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 7pm with an hour prior visitation.
