Kathleen A. Atkins

Kathleen (Boothby) Atkins, age 41, of Glenolden, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on November 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Delaware County, Kathleen was a proud graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School and Neumann University. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and radiant smile.
Kathleen was a lifelong Phillies and Flyers fan, never missing a game. The kitchen was Kathleen's happy place, where she found joy in cooking and baking. Above all, Kathleen cherished time spent with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Palmer.
She is survived by her Husband, Ryan Atkins; her parents, George and Kathy Boothby; her sister, Maureen Boothby; her brother, George Boothby, and his fiancée, Kate Quirantes; and her dog, Palmer; She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many lifelong friends. Kathleen's loyalty, thoughtfulness, intelligence, and her gift as a thoughtful listener will always be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. A Viewing will also be held prior to the Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM at Blessed Virgin Mary Church, MacDade Blvd. & Main Street, Darby, PA 19023. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
