Kathleen Lynn Depp, 64, of Lubbock, TX passed away on January 21, 2024. Kathleen was born on July 28, 1959, to John and Sarah Depp in Monongahela, PA.
She had the opportunity to live in many different areas throughout her life, including Germany. She took roots in Lubbock, TX with her mother and siblings in 1974. She attended Evans Middle School and Coronado High School. She worked for TTUHSC Dermatology for over 20 years developing great friendships with her co-workers. She loved all things Disney, especially the Villians and Mickey Mouse. She enjoyed doing crosswords, Sudoku and puzzles as well as reading Mystery novels. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and laughing. She was a loving mother, a caring sister, an awesome grandmother and a wonderful friend who will be deeply missed.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter; Caitlin Puga, grand-daughter; Luna Gonzales, brother; John Depp III, sister; Valarie Depp, uncle; Chuck Barton and wife Marilyn Barton, and cousins; Lisa Gwathney her son Jeffery Gwathney, Lori Barton Kirk husband Mark Kirk and their daughter Kayley Kirk Theilen.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Sarah Depp, sister Margie Depp and brother Francis Depp.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Kathleen’s life is scheduled for Friday, January 26, 2024 @ 2:00 PM at Combest Family Funeral Homes Chapel located at 2210 Broadway Lubbock, TX 79401.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
