Kathleen M. Ezyk

WESTERLY - Kathleen M. (Waters) Ezyk, of School St., Westerly, passed away very suddenly while gardening on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the age of 77. She was the wife of the late Dale H. Ezyk Sr.

Born in West Islip, New York, she was the daughter of the late James and Mildred Waters.

Kathleen was employed as a private chef, and had formerly owned and operated Ices and Slices in Stonington for many years. He greatest pleasures in life were spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and in her garden. She was known for her sweet disposition and was loved by all.

She is survived by her three children, Dale H. Ezyk Jr. of Westerly, Genevieve Kueter and husband John of Mystic, CT, and Matthew L. Ezyk and wife Kate, also of Westerly; five grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Abigail, Johnny and Frankie; her brother Ed Waters and sister Eillen Belanger, both of Oregon, and sister Gerry Mitchell of New York City, NY; sister-in-law Pam Ezyk; and several nieces and nephews. Kathleen was predeceased by her brother Jim Waters.
