Kathleen Nasca Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Anderson Memorial Home & Heartland Cremation Services - Plainfield on Feb. 20, 2026.
Kathleen Nasca, age 85, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026.

Kathleen lived a life marked by resilience, determination, and deep devotion to her family. She possessed a strong work ethic and embraced many roles and careers throughout her life, taking pride in staying active and productive. She was especially fond of her role as a grandmother, a title she carried with great pride. Independent and steadfast, she faced life's challenges with grit and perseverance.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures. Kathleen loved music, enjoyed the magic and nostalgia of Disney, and had a special place in her heart for animals. She also found particular happiness in gardening, especially tending to the beautiful roses that surrounded her home-each bloom a reflection of the care and pride she took in creating something lasting and beautiful.

Kathleen is survived by her loving daughter, Donna Fagan (Cristine Mabrito); her cherished grandchildren: Robert, Elizabeth, Frank, Keith, Jessica, Joseph, and Adam; her many great-grandchildren; her siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews, each of whom will remember her in their own special ways.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sons, Frank Jr., Robert, and Joseph Nasca; and her grandsons, Kevin Nasca and Donald Fagan III. She carried their memories in her heart every day.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
