Kathleen Marie Storms-Smith

Kathy was born to Gary and Janet (Fourtney) Storms on November 17,1963. She was the middle child of 3. Kathy was an incredible woman who touched the lives of everyone she knew and met. Kathy had many hobbies including being an avid baker; she loved cooking for her family. She also enjoyed gardening; her yard was always full of beautiful flowers and she was passionate about decorating for every holiday known to man. Much to the detriment of her children.

Kathy was proceeded in death by her parents as well as both sets of maternal and paternal grandparents. She was survived by her husband of 34 years, Mose; daughters, Danielle and Rickya; and son, Maurice. She was also survived by her surrogate daughter, Amber; and granddaughter, Della-Rae; and a slew of grand-cats and dogs.

Kathy will be remembered for her quick wit, loads of sass and her uncanny ability to make everyone laugh despite the circumstances. Despite battling Chronic Kidney Disease for the past several years, Kathy remained in high spirits and looked forward to seeing the friendly faces she met at dialysis. She will be missed.

Per Kathy's wishes cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
