Kathleen Ann Werner

Kathleen “Kathy” A. Werner, age 67, passed away on March 9, 2026. She was born on February 17, 1959, in Appleton, the daughter of Clarence and MaryEllen (Krolow) Williamson. Kathy was united in marriage to Kurt Werner on November 14, 1987, at St. Mary Parish, Appleton.

Kathy was an avid Green Bay Packer fan who loved spending time with family, attending events at the P.A.C. with friends, going on motorcycle rides, and especially riding her own Harley Davidson. She enjoyed traveling, baking, crafts, and cutting her lawn. Kathy will be remembered most for being tough, strong, and fearless.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Kurt; two siblings: Julie Allcox and Jeff Williamson; a sister-in-law: Gwen (Charles Nelson) Werner; niece and nephews: Heather Allcox, Chad Allcox, Nick Allcox, Chris Dougherty, and Colin Nelson; other relatives and friends.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; father- and mother-in-law: Richard and Annabel (Keller) Werner; a brother-in-law: Daniel Allcox; a sister-in-law: Ann Dougherty; and her cats: Pokey and Gumby.

A celebration of life for Kathy will be held from 1-4PM, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Waverly Beach Bar & Grille, N8770 Fire Lane 1, Menasha. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the Appleton Humane Society.

Kathy’s family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff at ThedaCare Cancer Center, Appleton, and ThedaCare at Home and Hospice for their kindness, care, and compassion. Additionally, a huge thank you to her sister: Julie and friend: Julie Becker for their amazing support and love.
