Kathryn Elizabeth Blake

Kathryn Elizabeth Faulk Blake "Kay", 90, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on January 17, 2026. She was born on December 9, 1935, in Delmont, Pennsylvania to Anthony and Elisa Bonati Faulk.

Kay was a longtime member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Scenic Hills Garden Club, a bridge club member, and, as a voracious reader, Kay belonged to a book club. Kay's family especially enjoyed her amazing Italian cooking. This was a tradition lovingly handed down through generations from both sides of her parents' families.

In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, Walter E. Blake, Jr.; her son, Randy Blake; her daughter-in-law, Taffy Blake; her brothers, Frank Faulk and Michael Faulk; her sister, Marie Faulk Miltenberger; and sisters-in-law, Rita Faulk, Florence Faulk, Lois Frye, and Patricia (Pat) Blake.

Kay will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, Ron Blake (Becky) and Rick Blake; her daughter-in-law, Cathy Blake; her grandchildren Brandon Blake (Lauren), Robyn Blake (John Collins) and Jennifer King; her great-grandchildren, Morrigan King, Anna Blake, and Kate Blake; and her brothers-in-law, Arthur (Art) Miltenberger and James (Jim) Blake; and her sister-in-law, Virginia Hill. Kay will be also missed by countless relatives, her many friends and, of course, her beloved fur baby Nikki.

A memorial service to celebrate Kay's life will be on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 1394 East Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32514.

The family want to thank the medical staff at West Florida Hospital and Vista Hospice for their care of Kay during the past three months.
