Kathryn Glaser Obituary
She was born in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Frederick and Antoinette Truxell.
She was preceded in death by her husband and soul mate, Christopher William Glaser in 2001, and two brothers.
She is survived by cherished friends of many years Mary (Rob) Schlumpberger of Ballwin, MO, and Donna (Ron) Dutner of Chicago, IL. Also surviving are sister-in-law Steph (Greg) Gremminger and brother-in-law Craig Glaser.
Dedicated to her work in IT Support at Emerson Electric/Nidec Division, Kathy found joy in classical music, the smooth jazz of Chris Botti, diverse crafts, the companionship of cats, and cheering on her beloved Chicago Cubs.
Funeral Mass will be held August 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Church in Maryland, Heights, MO.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Five Acres Animal Shelter, 1099 Pralle Ln, St Charles, MO 63303.

I worked with Kathy in the U.S. Motors office in Mt. Prospect, Il. for a couple of years in the early 90s, then St. Louis until her retirement. Had the opportunity to go to a Chris Botti concert with her years ago who she was so passionate about along with her classical and opera music. I'm sure she'll be meeting up with her husband Chris who brought so much joy to her life. RIP Kathy! I'll send you a Deep Dish pizza from Chicago.
