JOE WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND NABOR. REMEMBER FONDLY OUR MANY CONVERSATIONS, AND LUNCHES, TALKING ABOUT JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING IN LIFE. HE WAS A GREAT CONVERSATIONIST ON A WIDE VARIETY OF TOPICS AND ALWAYS HAD A FRIENDLY SMILE. GOOD MEMORIES TALKING ABOUT CARS AND THE ONES WE LIKED AND DISLIKED. I WILL MISS HIM.

Dear Pat, I am writing to express my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family on the loss of my dear cousin Joe. Despite our years of separation, I was delighted to reconnect with him and your family at our aunt Rosemary's 90th birthday celebration. Through Julie and Evan, I gained a deeper understanding of your family. As we navigate life's journey, our paths often diverge as we establish our own families and move forward. Nevertheless, I treasure the memories of our encounters, including our visit with Joe and you when our cousin Theresa visited. I also appreciated watching Evan play football and the opportunity for my son Don to meet him on the field. Although our interactions were limited, I cherished our renewed friendship. Recently, Joe and I shared a poignant conversation, reminiscing about our shared experiences. As I look back on our childhood, I remember that Joe was six when we moved away from Slattery Street. We did not have much in common except for our familial bond. I will miss him and keep him and your family in my prayers. May God's love and comfort be with you during this challenging time
