Kathryn J. Lee

Kathryn J. Lee, 84, of Milton passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Nottingham Village, Northumberland.
Born in Williamsport on May 12, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Wallace G. Sr. and Catherine (Williams) Aunkst. She was married to William Lee. Together they celebrated 65 years of marriage.
Kathryn was a 1959 graduate of Milton High School and in earlier years worked for Fox Knapp and JPM. She volunteered with the Girl Scouts when her daughters were members, collected anything Elvis, Cherished Teddys and ceramic cats. She loved gardening and tending her flowers. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Watsontown and served on the Social Ministry Committee there for several years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son Gordon Lee and his wife Kristie of Mifflinburg, three daughters Candace Swank of Unityville, Kellie Parker of Big Rock, TN, and Stephanie Lawrence and her husband Hans of Sunbury, 10 Grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother John Noble Sr. and his wife Gin of Watsontown, a sister Joan Wolfe of Watsontown, and four sisters-in-law, Nancy Aunkst, Georgia Aunkst, Janet Lee, and JoAnne Lee..
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law Gary Parker, three brothers Richard Aunkst, Wallace Aunkst Jr. and Marvin Aunkst, two brothers-in-law, Robert Lee, Jr. and James Lee and two nephews, Richard L. Aunkst and Charles Wolfe, Jr.
Friends and relatives will be received on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church 400 Main St. Watsontown. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 with Rev. Amy Shuck officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
