Obituary of Kathryn Ann Link

Kathryn Ann Link of Wilmington, DE, passed away March 14, 2026, at Jefferson Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia. She was 59 years old.

Kathryn was born in Wilmington to George and Sarah Wright. She graduated from Christian Academy High School in Brookhaven. She worked for Big Sky Bread Company and Wegman's for several years, but caring for children was always her passion, even owning and running the daycare Children First with her husband at one time. She was also a member of Concord Baptist Church and, most recently, Holy Child Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoyed watching soap operas, listening to Christian music, and playing the piano.

Kathryn is survived by her beloved husband of 29 years James Link; her children, James, Matthew, Thomas, and Sarah Link; her parents, George and Sarah Wright; her siblings, Debbie (David) Lookup and Robert (Dawn) Wright; her niece, Haley Wright, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, March 23, 2026, 10:00-11:30 AM at Holy Child Catholic Church, 2500 Naaman's Rd, Wilmington, DE. A funeral mass will follow at 11:30 AM.

Interment is private.
