Kathryn A. McKeever

MCKEEVER, Kathryn – of Clio, age 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11AM on Friday, October 31, 2025, at SS Charles and Helena Catholic Church – 230 E. Vienna St., in Clio. Rev. Fr. Ken Coughlin celebrant. Honoring Kathryn's wishes, cremation will follow. The family will receive visitors at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4PM until 8PM and at the church on Friday from 10AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Breakthrough Type 1 Diabetes (Formerly JDRF).
Kathryn was born in Flint, Michigan, on November 16, 1941, to Ralph and Mary (Ujlaky) Bishoff. She resided in the Clio and Mt. Morris areas all her life. For many years she worked for Dr. Jon Schriner and Genesys Hospice Care Center, retiring in 2003. Kathryn became a member of SS Charles and Helena Church in 1967. Over the years she served in many areas, including Leader of the Prayer Shawl Ministry. Kathryn enjoyed painting, reading, knitting, and watching old movies; but her greatest love was being a mother and grandmother, and spending time with her family.
Kathryn is forever remembered by: Daughter, Karyn (Bob) Cuppernoll-Taber; Son, Tom (Charleen) McKeever; Grandchildren: Nicole (Ryan) Gleason, Matthew Cuppernoll, Jessica (Larry) Kinkaid, Michael (Natalie) McKeever; Great Grandchildren: Noelani, Matthew, Lachlan, Carys, Harper, Margot, Evelyn, Estelle; Brother, Dean (Moureen) Bishoff; Sister, MaryAnn (Jim) Wood; Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, Very special friends, Jim and MaryPat Ekleberry of Florida. She was preceded in death by: Son, Jeffrey McKeever; Son-in-law, Timothy Cuppernoll; Parents, Ralph and Mary.
