Kathryn Moore Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Pitman Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Wentzville Chapel on Mar. 19, 2026.
Kathy Moore (née: Luttrell) of Foristell, Missouri, passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 73. She is survived by her husband, Henry Moore of Foristell, Missouri; daughter, Jessi (Matthew) White; two brothers, Ken (Kathrine) Luttrell, and John Luttrell; two sisters, Nancy "Jeanie" Halcomb, Patty (Glen) Dixon; sister-in-law, Carrol Luttrell; grandchildren, Claire White, and Owen White; niece, Diane Rhodes; nephew, James Luttrell; many extended family members and friends; and her beloved dog, Rudy. She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Luttrell, mother, Ruth Luttrell (née: Pope), and brother-in-law, Orville Halcomb.

Kathy and Henry shared a beautiful life together, celebrating 51 years of marriage filled with love, devotion, and cherished memories. From this loving union, they were blessed with one daughter, Jessi.
Kathy was truly a joy to all who knew her, a generous and loving woman who gave so much of herself to her family and others. She had a wonderful sense of humor, a positive outlook on life, and a deep faith that gave her strength and peace.
She found happiness in life's simple pleasures. Kathy loved planting flowers and tending to them with care. She enjoyed building and maintaining bonfires, keeping a warm woodstove, and spending time baking for those she loved. She delighted in popcorn and movie nights, especially when watching her favorite old westerns. She had a special fondness for the color "yella" and treasured her trips to the flea market with the girls.
Above all, Kathy loved her family. Spending time with them brought her the greatest joy, and she cherished every moment they shared together. Kathy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
