Kathryn Eileen Allison Murray passed away on March 11, 2026. Eileen was born in Bridgeport, AL on October 15, 1931. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and attended Lipscomb University.
Eileen was preceded in death by her loving husband of seventy years, Wade Scott “Bo” Murray. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Lee Allison and Kathryn Arendale Allison and sister Jeannine Raulston.
Eileen will be deeply missed by her family members who survive her. She is survived by her sister Virginia Merritt and her brother Bedford Allison. She is also survived by her daughter Gloria Murray Smith and her husband Randy. Her granddaughters are Allison Smith Gadd and her husband Josh and Kathryn Smith Trimble and her husband Arch IV. Her great-grandchildren are Kate and Hunter Gadd and Arch V and Baker Trimble.
The family gives much love and many thanks to Angie Hicks for the loving care that she has given through many years to our “Mimi and Bo”.
The family attended a graveside service at Rocky Springs Cemetery on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
