Kathy Dalbec Obituary

Age 50 of St. Paul, passed away November 6, 2025 in her home. Preceded in death by her father Dan Stoltz; cat Witty. Survived by husband Lucas Dalbec; son Payten Estepp; mother Pam Stoltz; and siblings Greg Stoltz and Traci Stoltz.
Funeral and Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at White Funeral Home, located at 14560 Pennock Avenue, Apple Valley, Minnesota. Visitation starts at 10am and the Service begins at 11am.
Born March 18, 1975 in Burnsville, MN, to Pam and Dan Stoltz, she was the youngest of three. Though short, her life impacted those of everyone she came in to contact with. No matter how much she struggled, she took the time to be appreciative for the things that were important to her.
Kathy enjoyed horror movies, music, and loved her family and cat more than anything else. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, and sister. Her shoulder was always there to cry on, and she was a fantastic listener. She lives on in the hearts of her family, and the others who love her.
