Kathy Jean Duplesis, 60 of Graceville passed away, Tuesday, July 15, 2025. A Celebration of Her Life will be 11 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2025, at New Smyrna AOG with Bros. Michael Tadlock, Hayden Tadlock and Steve Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing. The family will receive friends at the church, Friday, 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Kathy was born in Brewton, Alabama on May 3, 1965. A 1983 graduate of Holmes County High School, Kathy served as a teacher for several years with New Smyrna Christian Academy. Her passion in life was Jesus, her beloved husband (whom she loved for 26 years), her children, her grandchildren and her church CrossPoint Church of Ponce De Leon, Florida. Kathy enjoyed being outside, riding in her side by side and planting flowers. Preceded in death by her parents Royce Glenn Wise, Arvil and Pauline Adams Bodie, her beloved husband Antonio "Tony" Duplesis, and daughter Megan Duplesis Francis. Survived by her devoted daughters Brooke Steverson, Jamie Bailes (Ryan), son-in-law Adam Francis, grandchildren Bradley, Mason, Shelby, Bailee, Greyson, Teagan, Willow, Darus and wife Danielle, great grandsons Maken, Maddox, brother Willie Wise (Yvette), several nieces and nephews, a special fur-baby Reese, and several grand fur-dogs.
