Willimantic – Kathy J. Erickson, 66, passed away unexpectedly April 8, 2025, at her home. She was born February 4, 1959, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Lynwood "Tim" and Madeline (Green) Turner.
Dedicated to her family and lover of all animals. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who made a lasting impact on everyone she met with her kindness and generosity. Blessed with the gift of gab, she never knew a stranger. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Darrell Erickson; parents, Madeline and Tim Turner; son, Andrew Ryder and his wife, Samantha; daughters, Ashley Hughes and her husband, Ricky, Alison McArthur and her husband, Joe, Sabrina Erickson and her fiancé, Logan, and Kelsey Pelkey and her husband, Matt; grandchildren, Donivan, Kaylyn, Riley, Madi, Jax, Kaleb, Reese, Delilah, and Maximus; brother, John Douglass and his fiancée, Pam; sister, Nancy Kelley and husband, Rick; special friends, Rick Hughes, Tylene Kimball, and Kerne and Dot Roberts; and several nieces and nephews.. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Adin and Kathryn Green, and brother, James Douglass.
A memorial service will be held 5PM Friday April 11, 2025, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. Due to her deep love for all animals in lieu of flowers please consider donating to a local animal shelter or Humane Society in her honor. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
