Parkman - Deborah L. Rand, 68, passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 20, 2025. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who brought joy and love to everyone around her.
Deborah retired after many years of service as a CNA and Med Tech; a career she was deeply passionate about. She cared deeply for her patients and built lasting memories with all of them.
In her free time she enjoyed life's simple pleasures, bird watching, knitting, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She had a special love for the ocean and always wanted to see a whale in the wild.
Deborah is survived by her siblings, Dave and wife Rose, Ron and partner Marsha, Bruce and wife Lisa. She also leaves behind her children, Megan Crawford, Tessa Farrington and husband Bruce, and David Rand and partner Vicki. Deborah was a proud grandmother to Valiree, Tyler, Autumn, Katie, Brad, Kayla, Madison, David and Laura. Her legacy will continue though her great-grandchildren. Amelia, Cassidy and Taylor. She also leaves behind her loyal dog Molly. She aas predeceased by her parents, Ray and Rita Coulombe; her husband, Dwight Martin; and her beloved son, Randy.
Deborah was known for her kindness strength and love. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all that knew her.
