Kathy Jo Harrison, 76, of Town Creek, Alabama passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
Born on August 19, 1949, to Aulcie and Mamie Mitchell McAfee. Kathy enjoyed watching the Auburn Tigers and gardening.
Survivors include her significant other, Bobby Proctor; children, Jenny Reeder and Brett (Michelle) Daniel; grandchildren, Tessa Armstead, Paige Daniel, and Lauren Daniel; great-granddaughter, Cypress Cook; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Aulcie and Mamie McAfee; brothers, James and Jerry McAfee.
The family extends special thanks to the Doctors, nurses, and staff at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mount Hope Methodist Church Cemetery fund or the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation.
