Kathy Lynne Hasbrouck, 72, of Corry, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Corry Memorial Hospital.
She was born on September 1, 1953, in Corry, PA, a daughter of the late Allan and Ruth (King) Hasbrouck.
Kathy was raised and educated in Corry and graduated from Corry Area High School in 1971. She later attended Mercyhurst University and graduated with an associate's degree in business. She worked for Corry Jamestown for 22 years in the office and then Raymond's for four and a half years until she retired.
She was a lifelong member of the Corry Presbyterian Church. She served several terms on Session and was an ordained elder. She was Clerk of Session for many years, chaired the Christian Education committee as well as the Membership and Welfare, Music and Worship and Personnel committees. Kathy also sang in the church choir for 50 years. She loved dancing, singing, planting and arranging flowers. She was an avid Cleveland Browns Fan.
Kathy was blessed with an incredible family and friends and loved them all so much. Above all, she loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She found her strength during trying and good times through her faith, which was centered on her love of the Lord.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lorin "Onnie" Hasbrouck.
Kathy is survived by her sister, Shirley (Ron) Hopson; brother, Larry (Karen) Hasbrouck; sister-in-law, Nancy Hasbrouck; dear friends, Kathy Berry, Peggy Hanley, Pat McEldowney, Linda Donor and Mariann Adolphson and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nephews, great-great-nieces and close cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Burial will take place in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, PA.
Arrangements are under the care of Bracken Funeral Home, Inc., 315 N. Center St, Corry, PA 16407.
