Kathy MacTaggart Obituary
Born August 22, 1946 in Bradford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Ruth Kamerer.
Kathy loved gardening, flowers and animals, especially dogs and cats, and enjoyed feeding the birds. She enjoyed attending her sons' sporting events and was a strong supporter of the Pitt athletic program where she enjoyed attending games with her cousin, Lindsay.
The family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Concordia for their excellent care of Kathy.
She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Cindy) MacTaggart of Karns City and Mark (Beth) MacTaggart of Butler; her grandchildren, Mason MacTaggart and Madeline Toy; her brother, Jay (Debbie) Kamerer of Wellsboro, and her cousin, Lindsay Mork.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, James Lewis MacTaggart, and her brother, Dennis Kamerer and his wife, Deanna.
Family and friends will be received for visitation on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 3-7 P.M. at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Twp., Inc., 856 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053.
A private service will be held for Kathy's family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathy's honor to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053, https://butlercountyhs.org/.
