Kathy B. Williams, 74, of Grenada, MS, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ, her Savior on December 23, 2024 after a long term illness.
She was the beloved spouse of Hudson W. "Chuck" Williams and is also survived by her daughter, Keely Williams and granddaughter, Ava Grace.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John P. and Christine Stacks Bailey; sister, Brenda B. Buford and brother, John P. Bailey, Jr.
Kathy was born in Hernando in 1950. She was proficient in the creative arts of cosmetology, hair artistry, makeup artistry and interior design. Kathy ministered in the flower ministry at First Methodist Church for several years. She also kept her friends entertained with her penchant for storytelling and humor.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 27, 2024 at First Methodist Church in Grenada with Rev. Daniel Herring officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until the hour of the service Friday at the church. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM Friday at the Senatobia Memorial Garden.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Bob Buford, Brad Buford, Mike Provine, Don Scott, Lee Wall and Ronnie Young.
