Kay was a member of Hosman Baptist Church. She worked at Commonwealth Life as an Insurance Administrative Assistant until her retirement.
Kay is preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Jay, Billy Donald, and Edward Dean Jr., grandparents, John and Kate Gibson Dean and John and Fannie Lockard Brackett.
Kay is survived by her niece Charla Kay and husband Shannon and nephew, Edward Lynn Dean and wife, Elizabeth and among many loved ones and dear friends.
A memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 1,2024, at 4:00 pm at Hosman Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Lovett. The music will be by Terrell and Carlolyn Gibbson.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until the funeral hour at 4:00 PM at Hosman Baptist Church on Highway 92 at Magnet Hollow, Pineville, KY.
