Kaycee Kathleen Fox, 54, of New Philadelphia, peacefully passed away on February 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family after a brave battle with cancer.
Born on February 14, 1970, in Nelsonville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Michael L. and Judy (Dalton) Crichfield. A graduate of Nelsonville York High School, Kaycee worked in various positions at Walmart and Rural King throughout her career.
Her greatest joy was being a mother to her son, Christopher. The two shared many special moments, from enjoying meals together at restaurants to their shared love of tattoos. They also spent a lot of time at the family campground.
Kaycee had a deep passion for music concerts, cruising with friends, spending time at the beach, and rescuing and caring for animals in need.
She will be deeply missed by her son, Chris Fox of New Philadelphia; her siblings, Corby and Chris Crichfield; her nieces and nephews, Lucas, Jess, Angie, Mikey, and Anna; her close friends, Debb, Chrissy, Roni (Kory), Cody, Evan, and Nikki (Lyndsey); and many other family members and friends who were an important part of her life.
A private a service will be at a later date.
