Kaylee Bailey Obituary

Publish in a newspaper

Kaylee Anne Bailey, 16, of East Corinth VT died in a tragic dirt bike accident on Sunday October 5, 2025, in Orange VT.

Kaylee was born on July 23, 2009, in Berlin, VT to Heather (Roberts) Bailey of Bradford, VT and Joshua Bailey of Orange, VT.

Kaylee had a deep love for life and her family. She was an avid gymnast. She loved all things Paris. She had a love for photography whether it be of nature, friends and family, or selfies, but she especially loved taking silly filtered videos of her Uncle Matt. Many of her favorite times were spent with her Aunt Heidi spending hours in the pet stores getting things for their many pets or trying to bring a new one home. She always looked forward to going to Laconia Bike Week with her mom and their various other trips and shenanigans.
.
Through her adventurous spirit she found her joy for riding four wheelers and snowmobiles, but especially her dirt bike with her boyfriend Kevin and best friend Jakob. Kaylee so enjoyed all the time she spent with Kevin and Kevin's dad Jamie, and Kevin's sister "Sissy" Alex. Whether it was going to car and truck shows, the races, their trip to Florida or just staying at the house. As well as the time she spent with Gram Denise and Papa Chipper Leclair.

She was predeceased by her Uncle "Johnny" John Ruggles of Groton, VT, Great Grandmother "Gram Becky" Becky Bailey of Williamstown, VT, and her Angel Baby sister (Baby Girl Butts).

She is survived by her mother Heather (Roberts) Bailey and fiancé Zachary Butts of Bradford VT, with whom she had a special bond, and her father Joshua Bailey and partner Kelly King of Orange VT. Her Aunt Heidi (Downing) Fulford and Uncle Matthew Fulford with whom she lived. Her siblings; Jeannie Pike of East Corinth, VT; Brandon and Meghan (Poor) Fulford of Bath, NH; Mason Fulford and Emily Russo of Groton, VT; Mindy Fulford and Iain Thurston of Groton VT; Joshua Bailey II of Orange VT; and Mya, Aria and Zariah Butts of Bradford VT. Her grandparents Richard and Tracy (Roberts) Downing of East Corinth VT; Patricia (Pike) Ruggles of Groton VT; Thomas Spooner of West Topsham VT; Terri (Spencer) Spooner of Orange VT; Howard and Michele (Morin) Fulford of Woodsville, NH; and Victoria (Spooner) and Bruce Cameron of West Topsham, VT. Aunt Lisa (Roberts) and Michael Thompson of East Corinth, VT; Uncle Lucas Downing and Jessica Ricker of West Topsham, VT; Aunt Journi LeClair of Williamstown, VT; as well as her many beloved pets and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Her passion for life itself, her radiant smile and bright spirit have left its mark on all who knew her.
