Kazy Kurokawa Obituary

Published by Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery on Sep. 7, 2010.
Kurokawa, Kazy, passed on September 7 peacefully in Dallas. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his son Daniel Kurokawa (Dallas, TX), daughter Akemi Kurokawa (Boston, MA), and several beloved siblings, nieces, and nephews (Japan). He was a proud alumnus of both Meiji Univeristy and McMurry College. Tennis was a significant part of his life and he cherished the time he spent playing and watching the sport. Every year, he faithfully believed that it would be the year the Dallas Cowboys would win the Super Bowl. All of his present and past staff at his business, Kazy's Gourmet Shop were extremely special to him. A remarkably selfless man with a heart larger than the size of Texas, his humble character and loving personality will be forever missed. Services Sunday, September 12 at Restland, Dallas, 3:30p.m.
