Keith Thomas Allen passed away on January 30, 2026 at the age of 89. He was born in Belleville, MI on October 26, 1936, to the late Joseph Allen and P. Hazel Allen (Garlick).
Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lee Allen (McLaughlin) and brother Jerry. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Eileen M. Robertson (Drew), Lurene J. Spencer and Karen L. Frankland (Mark); 6 grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Zoe, Alex, Erik, Shannon, 2 great granddaughters, Natalie and Rosalie, and 5 siblings, Clifford, Lois, Sharron, Beth and Neil.
Keith was a veteran who served in the US Army during the post-Korean war era at a Nike missile base in Worcester, PA where he met his wife Wanda who lived in the area. They were married for 62 years.
Keith spent his career as a Charles Chips delivery man for more than 40 years and was well-know and liked by his many customers. Along with his wife Wanda, he served the community as a member of the Lower Providence Community Ambulance and was also an active member of the Audubon Elementary School PTA while his daughters attended school there. His hobbies included dirt track modified stock car racing; he owned a car and he and his driver competed at Bridgeport (NJ) Speedway. He continued his life-long interest in racing as a volunteer at Montgomery County Quarter Midget Racing Club where his grandson Erik competed as a driver.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, P.C.
