Keith J. Alloway

Keith J. Alloway, 48, of Millcreek, sadly passed away Friday, January 13th, 2023, at Allegheny General following a battle with Melanoma Cancer. He was born on July 10th, 1974, as the son of Charles Alloway and Robin Pillar Barthelson, and stepson of Eric Barthelson of Erie, PA.
Keith is a graduate of East High School and Tri-State Business Institute. He worked as an IT Analysis at Wabtec.
Keith has always been a devoted husband and father to his beautiful family, he and his wife Donna have been inseparable from the moment they first met. Keith has always been a family-oriented man his entire life. His contagious laugh was enough to light up the room and always put a smile on everyone's face. When in doubt, everyone could rely on Keith. He was a man of many traits and could fix just about anything. Keith enjoyed many hobbies such as boating, camping, baking with the kids, and always loved family cookouts as well as bonfires.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife of 21 years, Donna Hennessey Alloway; his children, Kortney Irwin (Chris) of Harborcreek, Ridge Woodall of Erie, Carly Alloway of Georgia, Ryan, Isabella, Kylie Alloway of Erie; six grandchildren; his devoted pet Yorkie Tucker and his loving lap cat Georgia which brought him great comfort; two brothers, Matthew Alloway (Carra) of Millcreek and Daniel Barthelson (Kristie) of Girard; two sisters, Taryn Schenfield (Eric) of Bradford and Katie Sprickman of Millcreek; his stepfather, Eric Barthelson of Erie; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to services there on Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family in the care of the funeral home.
