Keith Adron Ethridge

Keith Adron Ethridge, born on April 11, 1970, in Birmingham, Alabama, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, in Jacksonville, North Carolina, at the age of 55.
Memorial Service will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Johnson Funeral Home in Jacksonville NC at 2:00 pm.
From a young age, Keith displayed remarkable intelligence, astonishing his family by walking at just nine months and speaking in full sentences soon thereafter. His early brilliance was a sign of the multifaceted life he would lead.
Keith began his professional journey as a plumber, where he honed his skills and developed a strong work ethic. He later transitioned into the field of construction, working as a geologist, where his keen mind and attention to detail were invaluable. In his final professional chapter, Keith found joy and fulfillment working with Talbot Landscaping, where his love for nature and artistry came together beautifully.
A true jack of all trades, Keith was not only skilled in his professions but also an excellent artist. His passion for drawing, painting, and watercolors brought color and vibrancy to those around him. He was also a talented cook, delighting his mother with his culinary creations, including his memorable blackened shrimp. He found joy and tranquility in the art of fly fishing. Known for his meticulous craftsmanship, Keith delighted in creating his own flies, each one a reflection of his patience and skill.
Keith married his high school sweetheart, Candace "Candi" Ethridge, with whom he shared a deep and abiding love until her passing. Their bond was a testament to the enduring power of love and companionship. He cherished the time spent with his beloved wife on their trips to Asheville where the couple shared moments of serenity by the water's edge, casting lines and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounded them.
He is survived by his loving mother, Susan Titus, and his devoted step-father, William "Bill" Titus, who cherished him dearly. His siblings, Jamison Ethridge, Chase Titus-Ethridge, and Amber Bredemeier; and his father, Leslie Ethridge, along with many friends who will miss his warmth, humor, and generous spirit.
Keith was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Candi, whose memory he held close to his heart.
