Keith Gibson "Old Man" 65 of Apache Junction, passed away 2/22/2024.
Born to Leroy "GIB" and Mandy (Branham) Gibson in Lima, Ohio on July 4th, 1958.
Throughout his life, he was an accomplished hunter, motorcycle rider, the finest auto body man there ever was and birth control device tester (with some failures, notably two sons Kase (Meghan) Gibson of Wapakoneta, OH and Heath Gibson of Spencerville, OH and a couple "illegitimate kids" Jason Hutson, Joe & Crystal White.
The man. The myth. The legend. He wrote his own rules and he paved his own way. He was a stubborn a**hole. He would always say "that's the nicest thing anybody said to me all day". He will always be remembered wearing his denim shirt with cut off sleeves, riding his 100th anniversary Harley Davidson motorcycle he nicknamed his "mistress", with a stogie in his mouth, his gun on his side and his fearless way he approached life.
Don't dwell on the things left unsaid, cherish the memories instead. Do what makes you happy and live life to the fullest in memory of him.
Additionally, he is survived by his "Sunshine" Sharon Gloer of Mesa, AZ, his two adored grandchildren: Valorie and Gunnar Gibson, Sister Brenda (Patrick) Weate of Marysville, OH, Niece Allie Weate of Marysville, OH, Brother Terry (Betty) Gibson of Mesa, AZ, Sister-in-law Diane Gibson of Apache Junction, AZ, Cousin Rick Pitts of Tempe, AZ. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, his brother Teddy Lee Gibson and Cousin Ned Linder.
Memorial service and spreading of ashes will be held at his church in the desert, Sunday March 3, 2024 @ 1pm. Music and Mayhem to follow.
