Keith E. Hedrick
Keith Hedrick passed away peacefully from Advanced Parkinson's Disease the morning of April 16, 2024. He was 67 years old. He is survived by his wife, Donna Hedrick, his son, Matthew Hedrick (Trinity), his stepson, Stephen Kenney, his stepson, Christopher Kenney and his stepdaughter, Lauren Caban (Daniel). Keith is predeceased by his mother, Jean Hedrick (nee: Fisher), his father, Fred Sharpe Hedrick and his brother, Scott Hedrick.
He was loved by all, but especially his son Matt who is in the military. Keith was so proud of his son and all of his accomplishments.
Keith was a parrot head at heart and loved all things Jimmy Buffet. He had quite a collection of Jimmy Buffet memorabilia. Keith loved barbecue, he loved to eat it and he loved to cook it on his Traeger grill. He especially loved the time he spent barbecuing with his son Matt.
In his youth, Keith was an Eagle Scout. He was a graduate of Wilmington University in North Carolina. He was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina and truly loved the state of North Carolina. In his younger days, Keith loved to scuba dive and even jumped out of an airplane.
Keith was an internal auditor for Septa, retiring in 2017.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Keith's memory to a Parkinson's charity of your choice.
Keith's life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
