Keith John Jankowski

Keith John Jankowski, known affectionately as Keith by all who loved him, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on March 27, 1976, Keith's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and dedication woven through the lives of his family, friends, and community.

Keith leaves behind a legacy of love in his wife of 17 years, Denise Jankowski, nee Schulte, and their cherished daughter, Aubree Jankowski. He was the beloved son of Bonita "Bonnie" (the late William) Manka and the late John (the late Lois) Jankowski. His warm presence will also be missed by his siblings, Renee (Timothy) Marek, Brian (Marie), and his step-siblings, William, Michael, Kimberly, Tina, Michaele, Darcy, Chris (Barb), and Paul (Jill Frisco). As a treasured member of the Schulte family, he is survived by his parents-in-law, Tom and Debbie Schulte, and his brother-in-law, Mark Schulte. Keith's joyful spirit extended to his fur babies, Tanner, Timber, and Bunbun, and he held fond memories of his late furbabies, Ice, Dakota, Quincy, and Midnight. His expansive heart and vibrant personality further touched the lives of his aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.

A proud graduate of West Allis Central in 1994 and later of WGU with a degree in IT, Keith's professional life was marked by his dedication and skill in his role at Northwestern Mutual, where he worked until his passing. His colleagues knew him as a brilliant mind with a knack for solving complex problems and a willingness to lend a hand or a word of encouragement.

Keith's interests painted the picture of a life lived with joy and enthusiasm. He was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers, and Green Bay Packers, and his love for sports was only matched by his skills in the kitchen, especially when grilling on his beloved Traeger Grill. His passions extended to walking their dogs, enjoying the air show with his daughter, and embracing the great outdoors with his family. Whether he was fishing in the quiet of nature, cycling on scenic trails, or driving through the countryside, Keith found peace and happiness in the natural world.

One of Keith's greatest joys was supporting his daughter's endeavors, from watching her dance to attending choir concerts. He celebrated each milestone and reveled in the simple pleasure of watching Aubree grow. Their bike rides were more than exercise; they were treasured moments of connection.

Described by those who knew him as loving, friendly, and funny, Keith's infectious laughter and genuine kindness left a permanent mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His humor could light up a room, and his compassionate spirit made him a friend to many.

Keith's life was a testament to the power of love and the beauty of a life well-lived. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by the stories told, the lessons he imparted, and the laughter he shared. While we mourn the loss of such a radiant soul, we also celebrate the profound impact he had on our lives. Keith John Jankowski will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us.

Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass – Mission Hills Chapel, 8910 W. Drexel Ave. Franklin, 53132, on March 13, 2026, from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:30 pm.
